Very good location, supermarkets in the area and very close to the park of the Citadel. The apartment is very spacious, overlooking the street and an inner courtyard. Well equipped, comfortable beds, soap and towels in the bathroom. I found it very good in terms of quality/price
There's no washing machine, there's a laundry in the neighborhood anyway. My wifi was super slow, I couldn't even use it. The apartment is wide but dark, only the living room had light during the day. It would be nice to have more instruments in the kitchen, for example another frying pan and a tea towel always goes well. I went in winter, so very quiet, I do not know if in other times with more people you have the same tranquility, it seemed to me that the isolation was not very good because when there were people in the corridor or in other apartments you could hear a lot of voices

Hotel's location was magnificent as it was close to a metro station. I visited bars and cafes near the property.

Logement spacieux et propre. Logement climatise. Des commerces a proximite.
Il manquait des ustensiles de cuisine et des couverts. Il manquait du sel et du poivre.

The location of the hotel is very good, if you like to walk you can visit many places on foot and it also has all the public transport at hand so you can visit all of Barcelona very easily. The check in was very quick, we arrived before half a day and we already had the room available. The apartment was huge, very comfortable and convenient. The bathroom was spacious and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and cordial. The kitchen has everything you need, if you want to cook and eat in the apart. You can find supermarkets and fruit shops in front of the hotel and in the surroundings.
Only one aspect to improve: It would be good if they could change the mattresses for some of better quality, apparently they have already fulfilled their useful life. You can sleep well without problem but if I have to put something at this point would be just that.

best thing was the location. There are several supermarkets nearby, bakeries, pharmacy, bazaar, Asian restaurants and comic shops. Good communication. Two streets from the Arc de Triomf metro station and North station. Good room service. Towels are changed daily if you need them. Heating throughout the apartment.
The hot water is limited and you have to wait half an hour for the boiler to fill up before it gets hot again. The kitchen utensils didn't look very good. We had to scrub everything on our arrival and yet the cups and plates were yellowed. In the end we decided to go down to the Chinese bazaar to buy a couple of new cups. Narrow sofa, not very comfortable. The TV is anchored to a piece of furniture, which makes it impossible to use the HDMI ports. The apartment was not well soundproofed. You could hear the neighbors talking perfectly from the bathroom and banging continuously during the day.

I loved how easy it was to walk to both Ciutadella Park and the beautiful Basilica of the Sagrada Familia from my big, comfy apartment, making my weekend strolls in Barcelona easy and allowing me to take in the city's fine architecture and green spaces.

Very spacious apartment, within walking distance of all great sightseeing spots (and public transport). Loads of great grocery stores & fruit/veg shops within area. We already arrived at 10am at the aparthotel from the airport and the reception actually tried to see if our apartment was ready to check-in (unlucky it was not), but we were able to leave our luggage in a locker, while we started exploring Barcelona.
The walls are really thin, but we were warned about this (hotel reviews) and took earplugs with (just a pitty that you always get this selfish co-hotel guests that just don't care about other people's privacy and quiet needs!!)
